Minęło już 25 lat
od dnia kiedy pierwsi Sercanie przyjechali na Filipiny. Takie bylo życzenie
naszego założyciela, o. Dehona, aby jego zgromadzenie zostało zakorzenione w
tym jedynym katolickim kraju Azji. Chciał on, aby charyzmat Dehoniański i Sarce
Jesusa, było rozpowszechnione na tym wielkim Archipelagu. Jako misjonarze tu
pracujący, jesteśmy wdzięczni naszemu Panu, za to, że mozemy tu kontynuować
misję o. Dehona.
Dokładnie dzisiaj,
16 maja, 2014, oficjalny dzień tego Srebrnego Jubileuszu, Dehoniańskiej obecności
w tym kraju, odbywają się oficjalne uroczystości z tej okazji. Przyjechało do
nas wielu gości z kraju i zagranicy. Są reprezentanci z różnych prowincji i z
Rzymu. Wielu przyjaciół i dobroczyńców dzieli dzisiaj z nami wielką radość i
wdzięczność Bogu za te 25 lat. Główne uroczystości odbywają się w Zamboanga del
Sur, w prowincji, gdzie 25 lat temu zaczęli swą pracę pierwsi Dehoniańscy
misjonarze na Filipinach.
Vivat Cor Jesu! 
It has been 25 years since the first SCJ group arrived in the Philippines. It was a wish of our blessed Founder Fr Leo Dehon that his congregation would be brought here in this only Catholic country of Asia and that the Sacred Heart with all of the Dehonian aspects would be spread in this Great Nation. We are grateful to our Lord for the grace to be here and to continue his mission. It is our honour to share his charism and spirituality.
Today, May 16, 2014, is marked as the Silver Jubilee day for
the Philippine Region. There are many guest, confreres from different provinces
and regions, from Rome, friends and benefactors that joined us to celebrate
this special day with great joy and gratitude. The main festivity takes place
in Zamboanga del Sur, in the province, where the first group landed and began
the Dehonian mission in this country.
